Anite Spicer (Azulphat) of Canton, formerly of Mattapan and Haiti, passed away Saturday, August 7th, 2021. She was 69 years old. Anite worked as a devoted and caring nurse for many years. She enjoyed music, dancing, planting flowers, and most of all spending time with her beloved grandchildren. Daughter of the late Mera and Aristile Azulphat. Loving mother of John N. Spicer Jr. and his wife Natalia of Leominster and Cheryl Hawco and her husband Paul of Randolph. Loving sister of Eva Ostane of Canton. Former wife of the late John N. Spicer Sr. Proud grandmother of John Spicer III, Christian Spicer, Sophia Hawco, and Olivia Hawco. Visiting hours in the Pushard Family Funeral Home 210 Sherman St., Canton on Sunday August 15 from 3-6 Pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, August 16th at 10 AM in St. John the Evangelist Church 700 Washington St., Canton. Interment Canton Corner Cemetery.
